Locations

Add one or multiple locations to your events and let your customers know where your event is taking place.

Add a new location

1. Navigate to Apps > CoAttend > Events and select your event.

2. On Locations section, click Add location. Add location example Add location example.

3. Fill the address of the new location. Click the View in Google Maps button to confirm that the address is correct. Location's address example Location's address example.

4. Alternatively, if you are running an online class, course, workshop etc. you can fill the web address field. The web address could also be the call/meeting link of your service (e. Zoom, Skype, Google Meet). Web address example Web address example.

5. If you need to display a different name (instead of the address) check the Display specific name box and fill the Alternative name field. You can translate the name to a different language by switching the language and filling the Alternative name (language) field. Display specific name example Display specific name example.

6. Sometimes your storefront address link needs to be disabled and not clickable (usually on web locations). You can disable the link by checking the Disable link option. Note that the link will be clickable on your emails. It will be disabled only on your storefront.

7. Make sure the Status is Active and click save. Activate the location Activate the location.

8. Save the event. Save the event Save the event.

Tip: Alternatively, you can add a new location from the Locations page. Click the Add location button on the top right, fill the form and click save.

Delete an event's location

1. Navigate to Apps > CoAttend > Events and select your event.

2. On Locations section, click the X button. Delete location Delete location.

Delete a location from all events

1. Navigate to Apps > CoAttend > Locations and select your location.

2. Click the Delete Location button and confirm. Delete location from all events Delete location from all events.
