Custom fields
Create custom fields and capture valuable information about your attendees.
Add new group
1. Navigate to Apps > CoAttend > Events and select your event.
2. On Custom field group section, click the Add group.
3. Fill the Group name.
4. Click the Add new custom field button to add a new custom field.
5. Fill the Label, Type and define if the custom field will be Required. Some types require options. Click the Add new option button to create a new one. You can translate labels and option values by switching the language and filling the Label (language) and Option values(language) fields.
6. You can add up to 10 custom fields per group.
7. Make sure the Status is Active and click Save.
8. Save the event.
Tip: Alternatively, you can add a new group from the Custom Fields page. Click the Add group button on the top right, fill the form and click save.
Delete an event's group
1. Navigate to Apps > CoAttend > Events and select your event.
2. On Custom field group section, click the X button.
3. Save the event.
Delete a group from all events
1. Navigate to Apps > CoAttend > Custom fields and select your group.
2. Click the Delete Group button and confirm.
